Herbie

Good Morning,

I just wanted to give you an update on how Herbie is doing after about a year in his new home, although after a year its not so new. 

I took him to the Saintly City cat show in January and he won 8TH best in one ring out of 31 other cats.  So he has a great big rosette that he allows to me to take care of.  In February he managed to capture 3 mice that I hadn't even known were in the house.  One night he was concentrating on the downstairs coat closet to the exclusion of all else and I couldn't get him away from the door.  The next morning I came down and found him with a dead mouse in his mouth.  Within the next week he had gotten 2 more mice.

Overall he is a sweet, wonderful cat and it's hard to believe that he has only been with us for a year, it seems like he has always been here.  The Veterinarian that I take him to (Parkview Cat Clinic) think that he is a gorgeous cat and he is extremely friendly, although he doesn't like having his ears cleaned.

I wanted to include a photo but Herbie was busy playing in the new 7 foot cat tree that I just brought home and couldn't be bothered holding still for the camera.

Again thank you for allowing me to adopt for this wonderful cat, I'm planning on loving and caring for him for another 20 years if possible.
