Volunteer Opportunities
At Northwoods Humane Society we appreciate you as a volunteer more than you will ever know. Without the volunteers Northwoods would not exist. Our goal is to care for and ultimately adopt unwanted animals to new homes. We also need to keep the kennels, cages, building and campus clean. Sometimes the tasks to be done are not the most pleasant. However, the extraordinary feeling of seeing the animals walk out the door with their new family far surpasses the undesirable chores we sometimes have to do.
